BUDEL-DORPLEIN - Omdat hij af wilde van de grote boom naast zijn huis, vroeg Kevin Kanen vorig jaar een kapvergunning aan. Deze werd door de gemeente Cranendonck geweigerd, waarop hij naar de bezwarencommissie stapte. Ook daar ving hij bot: de libanonceder moet blijven staan. Voorlopig althans.
