Vluchtelingen krijgen vaak de schuld van de woningnood. Mensen roepen dat iedereen voorrang krijgt behalve zij, omdat ze geen ‘speciale doelgroep’ zijn. „Dat is zwaar overtrokken”, weet corporatiedirecteur Joost Lobée. Hij begrijpt de sentimenten deels wel. „Meer voordeuren. Dat is de beste oplossing tegen woningnood.”
