Bibimbap, bulgogi en tteokbokki: het zijn typisch Koreaanse gerechten. Inja Hage-Koelemeijer serveert sinds 2021 deze maaltijden aan de Willem II-straat en komt binnenkort met een nieuw concept. “De Koreaanse keuken was voor mij de manier om verbinding te zoeken met mijn Koreaanse familie.”
