EINDHOVEN/HELMOND - Waar carnavalstenten en horeca vorig jaar ieder hun eigen plan trokken met regels rondom drinkbekers, is het dit jaar overal hetzelfde: Eindhoven host met een hardcupbeker. Is het bekersysteem dit jaar beter geregeld? Schoner is het in ieder geval.
