Koopwoningen in Eindhoven zijn in twaalf maanden tijd 10,9 procent duurder geworden, blijkt uit cijfers die het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek naar buiten heeft gebracht. Ten opzichte van vergelijkbare gemeenten zijn de prijzen hier daarmee maar beperkt gestegen.
