TILBURG - Met het cijfer 9 voor ‘plezier’ en een 8,9 voor ‘veiligheid’, mag carnaval in Tilburg zich prijzen. Toch kent het feest ook een hardnekkige keerzijde: wildplassen. Dat hoort tot de grootste ergernissen, handhavers schreven er tijdens het zottenfeest 55 boetes voor uit.
