GELDROP - Een voormalig pand van een vleesverwerker in Geldrop bleek voor Rival Foods de ideale plek om hun plantaardige vleesvervangers te maken. „Veel faciliteiten die er al aanwezig waren, gebruiken wij ook in ons proces”, zegt Rival Foods-oprichter en eigenaar Birgit Dekkers.
