HELMOND - De demonstratie tegen een nieuw jeugd-azc in Helmond had chaos kunnen worden. Een mix van risicovolle ingrediënten was aanwezig. „Geen moment heb ik overwogen het niet door te laten gaan. We waren heel goed voorbereid”, zegt burgemeester Sjoerd Potters.
