TILBURG - De eerste paal van Koolhoven West werd in 2003 geslagen. Donderdag is de bouwstart voor het laatste stukje wijk in de Reeshof gegeven. Op wat nog lange tijd een weiland te midden van de bestaande huizen was, verrijzen nu 68 koop- en 10 huurwoningen.
