HELMOND - Wethouder Arno Bonte knoopt twee stukken blauwe stof aan elkaar om Helmonds nieuwste park te openen. Door het nieuwe 25 Septemberpark stroomt nu zichtbaar de Stadse Aa, een verbindingsader voor de stad. „Er zal altijd wel iets te doen zijn.”
