HELMOND - Het kostte veel overredingskracht, maar de Helmondse Tennis Vereniging heeft het voor elkaar gekregen. De vereniging mag enkele padelbanen aanleggen op De Braak, ondanks dat al het ‘getok’ zal zorgen voor een toename van geluid bij huizen in de buurt. Toch hangt de vlag nog niet uit.
