Na jaren leegstand is het verloederde oude PNEM-gebouw in Helmond gesloopt. De aannemer kan bijna 47 huizen gaan bouwen. De buurt roert zich echter nu de laatste procedures voor de start afgehandeld worden. Dat is niet omdat ze tegen de woningbouw zijn.
