HELMOND - Ze vindt het een schande. VVD-raadslid Joyce Willems-Kardol vindt het onbegrijpelijk dat briefschrijvers aan de lokale politiek in Helmond in driekwart van de gevallen geen schriftelijk antwoord krijgen. Sommige inwoners wachten al driekwart jaar op een officiële reactie.
