HELMOND - Helmond krijgt een flinke financiële duw in de rug van het Rijk om een groeispurt te maken. De stad mag aansluiten in het rijtje ‘grootschalige woningbouwgebieden’. Er komt geld om woningen te bouwen en wegen en openbaar vervoer te verbeteren.
