TILBURG - „Neem de weersvoorspellingen met een korreltje zout en kom vooral naar Hap Stap Festival.” Dat zegt voorzitter Marloes Rijken van het Tilburgse festival, dat dit jaar op het nippertje werd gered. Het eetfestival vindt, zoals vanouds, plaats in de Interpolistuin.
