EINDHOVEN - Een ‘verwarrende melding’ op de website van de gemeente Eindhoven heeft donderdagochtend voor frustratie en boosheid gezorgd bij veel Eindhovenaren die in aanmerking wilden komen voor een tegoedbon voor een gratis wasmachine, koelkast of vriezer.
