Op een rustige dinsdagavond kwam FC Dordrecht op bezoek in het Jan Louwers Stadion. FC Eindhoven keek al vroeg tegen een achterstand aan, maar draaide deze nog voor rust om in een voorsprong. Een overwinning leek nabij, totdat FC Dordrecht een penalty kreeg toegekend in de slotfase: eindstand 2-2.
