Na het faillissement van batterijonderneming Big Ass Battery uit Helmond maken oprichters Guido de Jong en Roel Vossen een doorstart. Het bedrijf verhuist naar Eindhoven en bouwt niet langer zelf de bekende, containergrote batterijen; de ondernemers richten zich nu op service, onderhoud en software.
