Er is in de Eindhovense gemeenteraad niemand die twijfelt aan het plan om basisschool ’t Slingertouw af te breken en te herbouwen vanwege voortdurende vochtproblemen. Er gaan zelfs stemmen op om leerlingen en leraren nog eerder te verlossen uit de schimmelende, ondergrondse klaslokalen.
