Het Eindhovense stadsbestuur trekt komend jaar extra geld uit voor jeugdhulp: daar gaat structureel 2,3 miljoen euro extra naartoe. Maar de gemeente wil wel dat er een ‘fundamentele discussie’ op gang komt over de vraag in hoeverre de overheid met jeugdhulp moet bijspringen.
