TILBURG - De Tilburgse Avondvierdaagse had zo’n drie weken voor de start nog een flink tekort aan verkeersregelaars. Maar op Peter Wagemakers (76) kan de organisatie al twaalf jaar rekenen. „Als je duidelijk en vriendelijk bent krijg je dat meestal terug.”
