Ruud van Baast vond het ‘mooi en eervol’ om vijf jaar de leiding te hebben bij Tilburg Trappers. „Te vergelijken met een voetbalclub in de Keuken Kampioen Divisie”, stelt hij. In zijn ‘regeerperiode’ maakte de ijshockeyclub een behoorlijke professionaliseringsslag.
