Van de woningcorporatie had een 31-jarige dakloze man al te horen gekregen dat hij niet meer in het seniorencomplex aan het Ambonplein in Eindhoven mocht komen, waar zijn moeder woont. Maar dat had niet geholpen. Negen keer trok hij zich niets van dat verbod aan.
