TILBURG/BREDA - Coffeeshops in Tilburg en Breda mogen tot 1 september illegale hasj blijven verkopen. ‘Den Haag’ geeft hier binnen de wietproef voor de tweede keer in korte tijd uitstel voor. Daarna is het echter gedaan, stellen minister David van Weel en staatssecretaris Vincent Karremans.
