Kwetsbare inwoners in de regio Midden-Brabant zitten in de rats omdat ze hun vertrouwde begeleiders verliezen. In elf gemeenten worden kleine zorgorganisaties massaal aan de kant geschoven. „Ik snap hun onzekerheid”, zegt de Tilburgse wethouder Peter Kok. „Maar we doen dit juist om de meest kwetsbaren te blijven helpen.”
