HELMOND - Ze is moeder van drie kleine kinderen en zag dat er in Helmond steeds minder keuze is in winkels waar ze voor hen kleren kan kopen. Daarom opent Christel Splithof nu zelf zo’n zaak midden in het centrum, met financiële hulp van de gemeente.
