PELT (B) - Tot en met 28 september vormt het centrum van Overpelt, over de grens bij Valkenswaard, opnieuw het decor van het tweejaarlijkse Lens op de Mens, het grootste openlucht fotofestival van België. Menselijke kwetsbaarheid staat centraal. De toegang is gratis.
