ROOSENDAAL - De Tweede Wereldoorlog zorgde ervoor dat carnaval niet mogelijk was in Nederland. Toch ging op sommige plekken het leutfeest door. Zoals stiekem in cafés. Bij de Brabantsedag in Heeze, zaterdag 31 augustus, beeldt Vriendenkring Hopeloos het Roosendaalse café de Bonten Os uit. „Het bloed kruipt waar het niet gaan kan.”
