DEN BOSCH - De teleurstelling druipt ervan af bij de ruim twintig culturele organisaties in Brabant die met de provincie overhoop liggen over veel geld. De kunstenmakers hoopten voor de zomer duidelijkheid te hebben, maar hun geduld wordt nóg langer op de proef gesteld. „Het is diep triest.”
