De politierechter twijfelde niet, vrijdag in Den Bosch. De buurvrouw had het gezien, de politie had gezien dat het slachtoffer overstuur was en de rechter geloofde ook de verklaring van het slachtoffer, dat het haar twee keer op één dag zwart voor ogen werd toen haar partner haar keel dichtkneep.
