Lekkages in het dak, hopeloos verouderde elektra en brandgevaar. Voormalig zalencentrum Boerke Mutsaers verkeert in zo’n slechte staat, dat er tal van dure reparaties nodig zijn om het gebouw weer te kunnen gebruiken. Daar wil de gemeente Tilburg niet meer aan beginnen. De zaak blijft definitief dicht.
