TILBURG - Om de ambitieuze woningbouwplannen waar te kunnen maken, wil het Tilburgse college de komende tien jaar structureel 20 miljoen euro per jaar in een Stedelijk Ontwikkelfonds storten. Maar oppositiepartijen zijn kritisch. Regeert het college daarmee over het eigen graf heen?
