Stoppen met roken staat in oktober weer centraal. Ook in Eindhoven, daar ligt het aantal rokers verhoudingsgewijs op het laagste niveau sinds 2012. Maar het opvallendste is dat 23 procent van de middelbare scholieren in de gemeente ooit een vape heeft gebruikt. Dat blijkt uit de gezondheidsmonitoren van het RIVM.
