TILBURG - Bewoners van een flat aan het Wagnerplein stuntelen al maanden bij hun defecte toegangsdeur. Mensen met een rollator of rolstoel vinden het lastig om naar buiten of binnen te gaan. Wat een simpel defect lijkt, blijkt lastig te repareren. „Erg frustrerend.”
