EINDHOVEN - Het wordt een flinke uitdaging om de creatieve broedplaatsen op het te vernieuwen Sectie-C in Eindhoven betaalbaar te houden. Voor de financiële haalbaarheid van de herontwikkeling is het zaak dat het plan geen verdere vertraging oploopt.
