Iedere maand salaris of andere inkomsten ontvangen, maar toch niet fatsoenlijk rond kunnen komen: dat was vorig jaar de realiteit voor ongeveer 1600 huishoudens in Eindhoven. Dat is het hoogste aantal in vijf jaar tijd, blijkt uit cijfers van het Centraal Bureau voor de Statistiek (CBS).
