Na de zege op de FC Twente/Heracles Academie heeft Feyenoord O21 de goede lijn doorgetrokken tegen FC Groningen O21. Na 90 minuten stond er een 3-2 eindstand op het scorebord. De ploeg van trainer Melvin Boel domineerde vooral de eerste helft. Joep Van der Sluijs, Gjivai Zechiël en Nesto Groen scoorden voor de belofteploeg.
